Hello Friends, Family and random interweb people!!! I leave for my amazing adventures to Denmark and London tomorrow!!! I look forward to sharing them with you!!! As most of you know when I return I start my internship with Wine Spectator, Whiskey aficionado, cigar aficionado , and food arts magazines so the fun wont end in the mother country! When I get back be sure to keep following those new adventures!!! Me and my taste buds are super excited about what lay ahead!!! Now lets go get fed!

After the tragedy at Sandy Hook I felt the dire need to do SOMETHING. Something positive, not only for me but for everyone. We are all on edge now and all maybe frightened, sad, nervous….. the gambit of emotions. While I cant take anyones pain away, I have my images, and I thought, if I can make ONE person Smile… ONE person have a better day than I will feel better. So this is my effort, and I hope you will join me. I will be making new “posi posts” Im printing them and leaving them around town for random strangers to find. I encourage them to take them for themselves or give it to someone who might need a little inspiration for the day, no matter what you do with it, just pay the smile forward.
